    • Every Bish's Location. We utilize a network of mobile RV technicians to reach customers that are further away from a Bish's location.
  • How Can Customers Get BishFix?

    • New Customers Can Purchase an RV from Bish's
    • Previous Customers Have BishFix Access for 2024 (If Their Current RV is A Bish's Purchase)
    • Non-Bish's Customers Can Join a Waitlist
  • How Much Does BishFix Cost?

    • Bish's RV Owners: Free For 1 Year (After Free Year 50% Discount on First Renewal Year)
    • Non-Bish's RV Owners: Waiting List (Membership Not Yet Available)
    • Standard Membership Rate: $10 A Month
    • Renewal For Bish's RV Owners: $5 A Month (Lock In at $5/Month As Long As Membership Payments Are Maintained)
    • Non-Member Video Consultation With Technician: $69.99 (Standard Cost of A RV Technician Consultation Is $199-$250)
  • What's Included In A BishFix Membership?

    • Direct Access to Certified Technicians: Available during Bishโ€™s Store hours, with extended hours from 7 am to 9 pm during camping season.

    • Video Call Trouble-Shooting: Free video consultation calls with technicians who diagnose the problems and walk you through the steps to fix simple repairs. Most calls take less than 30 minutes.

    • Repairs Started Immediately: If a customer's camper needs complex repairs, parts are ordered and warranty authorizations are requested immediately after their video consultation.

    • Exclusive Real-Time Warranty and Parts Processing: Stay updated with the processing of your warranty claims and parts orders.

    • Speedy Service Visits: When we get warranty approval and the parts for repairs, we aim to get the customer's RV back to them in under 3 days once it arrives at our shop.

    • Discounts on Parts with BishFix and Diamond Club Membership: When a customer buys from Bishโ€™s RV, they not only get a BishFix Membership, they become a lifetime member of our Diamond Club, which gives them 10% off parts needed for repairs. A double win!

    • Mobile Dispatch and Coordination: If a customer needs service to come to them and they are far from our centers, we'll find and dispatch a mobile tech to them.

    • Extended Service Contract Processing: We work with extended warranty and service providers to ensure customers get the maximum benefits.
  • What If The Customer Doesn't Live In A Direct Service Area?

    • We'll find a qualified technician for them and, if necessary, we'll even arrange for mobile service right to their doorstep.
